India - Last Years of Real Steam

There are many people under the misapprehension that steam locomotives are still in use on Indian Railways, where in actual fact real steam finished in February 2000. Just the two mountain lines at Darjeeling and Nilgiri still see steam on a regular basis, for its tourist appeal.
